How to Register?
We encourage you to register your kid(s) ONLINE. Follow the steps below to do an
on-line registration.
- If you have already created your login credentials then
click here to login
- If you have forgotten your password, then click here to resend your password to your email
- If you have NOT created your login credentials yet,
click here to create parent profile & login credentials.
- You must fill out all the required information to complete the registration package.
Parent's Profile, Camper's Registration, Medical Form, Pack, Paddle & Ski Form,
Travel Form and the full applicable fee should be received for the application to
be complete. Otherwise, the application will be kept on the waiting list.
- The Medical form needs to be downloaded and submitted to your physician and
mailed to the following address:

Camp Fee
|
REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL THE FEES ARE PAID. CAMPERS WILL BE WAITLISTED IF THERE IS NO ROOM.

NOTE: Please note that entire fee has to be paid with the completed registration
form (Minus Early Bird and/or Sibiling Discount if it applies).

*Fees include tuition, meals, qualified supervision, all activity costs, all camp
outings, arts & crafts supplies, puja and song booklets, complimentary camp T-shirt,
and laundry.
**Sibling discount can be claimed at the time of registration. Otherwise, we will
refund it at the camp.

Campership Funds
Camperships donated by supportive Hindu families and other benefactors enable children
who might not otherwise be able to attend the camp to do so. It is our wish that
no child ever be excluded from the camp because of inability to pay. However, admission
of such children will be based upon the availability of the campership funds. If
you or someone you know would like to take advantage of our campership fund, please
contact Janani Parthasarathi at your earliest convenience. All campership aid is
strictly confidential.
If you or someone you know would like to make a tax-deductible contribution to
the Campership Fund, please contact Janani Parthasarathi. Your gift may help another
child attend camp this year or in the future.

Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your child's reservation up to two weeks before the camp,
all but the $150 registration fee will be refunded to you. After that date, there
will be no refunds. Refund checks will be mailed after the camp ends. If for any
reason, the camp is cancelled by HHSC, you will receive a full refund of your payments.
