A $100 sibling discount is applied to each additional camper from the same household that is attending camp that same year. Proof may be required

For example, if you are registering three children, then the first child will pay the the full camp fee while the the second and third child receive $100 off so you get a total discount of $200

On camper arrival or departure, HHSC can provide transportation to and from the Rochester airport, bus station, or train station and the campgrounds for $30* fee each way. Once enrolled and confirmed, please fill out the HHSC Arrivals & Departures Logistics & Authorization Form and provide the travel fees prior to June 1st. The form will help us collect relevant travel details including unaccompanied minors and provides details on how we coordinate pickup and dropoffs.

WARNING

*After June 1, any new travel information (including changes to existing travel information) will incur an additional $100 fee each way due to logistical challenges for our small volunteer staff to arrange transportation.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hhsc.register@gmail.com. The availability of a refund is determined strictly by the date the written withdrawal request is received:

• On or Before June 1st: Full refund, less a $250 non-refundable administrative fee.
• After June 1st: No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal, including for family travel, scheduling conflicts, or personal changes
  • Medical Exception: If a withdrawal is necessary after June 1st due to a documented medical emergency or injury, a refund (less the $250 non-refundable administrative fee) will be considered. This requires the submission of a signed physician's note within seven (7) days of the withdrawal request.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days of the final approval of the written request. This fee covers administrative costs and the financial commitments made to staffing and facilities based on enrollment
