| Sibling Discount | $100 Discount The sibling discount is applied on the second child onwards. For example, if you are registering your three children, then the first child must pay the the full camp fee while the the second and third child receive $100 off so you get a total discount of $200. |

| Transportation To and From Campgrounds | $30* each way if prior to June 1 HHSC can provide transportation to and from the Rochester airport, bus station, or train station and the campgrounds. Please fill out the HHSC Travel Form and provide the travel fees with the camp fees or send a separate check to the above address. WARNING*After June 1, any new travel information (including changes to existing travel information) will incur an additional $100 fee each way. |
| Camp Withdrawal Policy | $250* if prior to June 1 A cancellation fee of $250 will be charged unless a valid reason like sickness or family emergency arises (a doctor's note or some other form of evidence may be required). The balance will be issued by check. WARNING*After June 1, no refunds are provided and you will be charged the full camp fee. |
Registration is not complete until the camp fees are received and medical forms are submitted. Admission will be on a first come first serve basis depending on the camp capacity. We will confirm acceptance of your camper by email.
